CARE WORKERS at SES
Salary £18,065 to £19,171 (depending on experience) plus sleeping in bonus as per rota
We are looking for Care Workers to join our teams at Avocet House (near Loddon) and Turnstone House (near Bungay) on a full-time permanent basis.
You don’t need to have any care qualifications to apply for a Care Worker position with us, you just need to have what it takes and can create a good impression with children. You will need to be qualified in English Language or Literacy to a Level 1 standard and hold a full UK driving licence. Staff are required and will be supported to complete a Level 3 Diploma in residential childcare within two years of employment.
Many of our care team have started their career in residential care with us, achieving promotion within our structures.
This position does involve working shifts. The working week is calculated over a complete shift pattern of 37 hours per week. Due to the nature of the role you will be required to have your own transport. We have two homes within 3.5 miles of each other, providing great opportunities for shared professional development. We also offer onsite parking.
