EXCITING NEW VENTURE! Brand new provision for post 18 year olds.
We don’t run ordinary children’s homes. We don’t run ordinary residential special schools. We want extraordinary people to work for us. Do you want the challenge and the privilege of being the positive turning point in a child’s life? We are seeking inspirational adults who are in harmony with our view of learning as a life long issue, who believe in the capacity of children to learn and grow despite their life circumstances, who see learning in its widest sense and can be creative, innovative and think outside the box in order to re-awaken excitement and enthusiasm in children. We want high quality professionals who would bring creative approaches to helping children reconnect with learning and manage their behaviour and are committed to excellence in personalisation. We require people who can connect with our “no limits” philosophy and share our passion, vision and belief about rescuing children and their families. Although the roles use conventional labels we are one integrated team.

Temporary post for a minimum of 6 months , 37 hours per week with a degree of flexibility.
