The pay at SES stands up to scrutiny in respect of remuneration at every level. Performance is rewarded annually irrespective of promotion opportunities.
The top of the pay scale for a Child Care Practitioner (CCP) Link Tutor is £25,878 but colleagues are more typically earning £31,000 with sleeping in payments and overtime.
The top of the pay scale for a CCP Personal Tutor is £27,852 but colleagues are more typically earning £34,500 with sleeping in payments and overtime.
